The SHOP MANAGER will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:

 Oversee daily running of multiple food brands under one location.

 Ensure smooth order processing for dine-in, takeaway, and online

platforms.

 Recruit, train, and schedule staff for peak efficiency.

 Monitor team performance and enforce hygiene and safety standards.

 Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.

 Minimise waste and track supplier orders for all brands.

 Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve complaints.

 Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation.

 Implement upselling strategies and promotions for brand growth.

 Rack sales performance and meet revenue targets.

 Collaborate on local marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.

Salary offered: £33,000 to £39,000 per annum (The salary range will depend

on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. We are also considering

applicants currently under the Skilled Worker route with the same job role or

new entrants with relevant experience.)

Working hours: 37.5-40 hours per week.
